William L. Mason

William L. Mason is the Founder and Managing Director of Boston First Capital, LLC. William brings over thirteen years experience in financial services including Private Wealth Management, Corporate Consulting, Institutional Bond Trading, and Investment Banking focused on raising debt and equity capital for both publicly and privately held companies.

Prior to Boston First Capital, William served as a Vice President, Senior Financial Advisor and Senior Relationship Manager for Merrill Lynch in their Private Wealth Management Division where he managed more than $600 million dollars for both high net-worth individuals and small to mid-size corporations.

A graduate of the University of Southern California, William majored in international relations with a focus on Japan. He studied abroad in Japan at Tokyo International University, and is fluent in the Japanese language.

William is an active volunteer who divides his time between: Big Brother and Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay, Veteran's Shelter of Boston, Antoine Walker's 8 Foundation and Worldwise Education. William is also on the Board of Advisors for Resources for Educational and Employment and The Evolution Media Group. William serves as the USA Director of the North American Serbia Business Forum.

William is a former air traffic controller for the US Marine Corp and during his four year tenure was awarded the Unit Citation Award for outstanding performance as well as the Good Conduct medal.

Jung E. Yun, COO

Jung Yun is COO of Boston First Capital LLC (BFC). Ms. Yun has more than thirteen years experience in the areas of operations, finance, sales, consulting and as an entrepreneur. She has been responsible for strategy development, sales, marketing, raising capital for both private and publicly held companies. Jung has seen a great deal of success in growing startups from inception to thriving operations, founding such companies as Lavendar Moon Inc., a multi-media company focused on intellectual capital, and Mindography, Inc., an ASP technology portal for K-12 schools. During her career, Jung has set up and managed Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards. She has also served as President and Chairman of Global Life Line LLC, a telecommunications startup.

Prior to joining BFC, Ms. Yun held senior positions for JP Morgan, ADP, Dutchess Capital, and Cahners (US division of Reed Elsevier). Her accomplishments included several turnaround initiatives, building direct sales channels and business development. In her experience, she has managed projects ranging from $25M+ and P&L's over $100M, in addition to building an ecommerce division, managing mergers and acquisitions, and managing a team of 300.

Jung has published a sales and management manual which was recognized by Dale Carnegie. She graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee and is a proud member of the Mensa organization. Jung currently volunteers for New York City Rescue Mission and serves on the board of a Woman's shelter for the abused.
